How to prevent hair loss
1.Limit your use of hair dryers.
2.Avoid perms.
3.Cut down on dyes and chemicals
4.Don't bleach your hair
5.Donít pull your hair too tight.

I lost my hair because of stress. I did not know until i made pony tail and i had just tiny strip of hair in it. It looked bad, so i took some vitamins , relaxed more and now it is normal. Someone recommended to me that Plantour shampoo. Never tried it
