sashadash Don't worry, the swelling will go down, my thighs were swollen for weeks. Swelling is completely normal and it's a lot of trauma for your skin to go through and tinges of pain are the nerves regenerating as they come back together.

I am now 8 days post-op from thigh lift, my PS did the incision down the inner thighs because he knew my skin stretches easily. I am still so swollen and I won't see him until next week!
I can't walk or put my legs together, I am also extremly bruised and swollen. I try to walk every day around the house so I don't get blood cots. My PS said I can't take advil because it would cause bleeding...I'm still wearing the garmet they put on me. Does anyone know why I am still SO swollen?
